Being a part of Blends & Bars has been a great learning experience for me. I became much more confident while talking to customers and presenting our idea. I learned how important good communication is when working in a team. Listening to different opinions helped us make better decisions together. I also learned how to manage my time and take responsibility for my tasks. Interacting with customers improved my confidence and people skills. When challenges came up, I learned to stay positive and find practical solutions. This journey taught me to be patient, adaptable, and open to learning. Overall, Blends & Bars has helped me grow as a person and as a team member.
